Our client is seeking Okta (AuthO) Technical Product Manager for Hudson Yards, NY/Hybrid.

Role Description

Role A hands-on Okta Technical Product Manager role driving CIAM strategy and execution, requiring deep platform expertise and close partnership with engineering.
We are seeking a hands-on Okta Technical Product Manager with deep platform expertise to lead CIAM initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product and engineering—owning strategy while working closely with technical teams to design, implement, and scale identity solutions.

Product Ownership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners
• Translate business requirements into scalable Okta-based solutions
• Drive CIAM product strategy, roadmap, and execution
Okta Platform Expertise (Core Focus)
• Lead implementation and optimization of Okta capabilities, including:
• Customer Identity (CIAM) and lifecycle management
• Identity federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
• Social and enterprise IdP integrations
• Multi-tenant / B2B identity use cases
• API access management and token-based authentication
Security & Configuration
• Configure and manage:
• MFA (adaptive and step-up authentication)
• Risk-based access policies
• Threat detection and account protection
Technical Delivery & Integration
• Partner with engineering teams to:
• Integrate Okta with APIs, SaaS platforms, and internal applications
• Support internet-facing, customer-scale platforms
• Enable secure partner access and federation

Skills and Requirement

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, IAM, or Identity Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta (required)
• Experience delivering CIAM solutions in production environments
• Deep understanding of OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
• Experience supporting internet-facing applications at scale
• Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
