Estimating position required in LA

Our client has been in business for 50 years. They are an employee-owned construction and management firm known for its expertise in various sectors, including healthcare, education, government, entertainment, mixed-use, residential, and retail. They handle projects ranging from $5 million to over $500 million. Committed to their mission of enhancing experiences for clients, partners, and employees.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team, focusing on Office Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in office TI projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
