Office Manager (Financial Services; Temp Position)

Our client is a consultancy firm within the Financial Services Industry, with a focus on Debt and Treasury. For over 20 years, they have been building and servicing lifelong partnerships throughout the US and are looking for a Temporary Office Manager to join their team!

Your new role

As an Office Manager, you will primarily handle event coordination and travel arrangements, alongside various administrative tasks, office maintenance, and ensuring adequate supplies are available to support both clients and employees. This is a full-time, hybrid role (3-4 days onsite) for 3–4 months to cover a maternity leave.

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Start Date: Ideally the second week of September
  • Pay Rate: $25 p/hour
