The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Network Engineer in Westwood, MA
Role Description
• Design networks for data centers, clinics, hospitals and corporate needs based upon industry standards for performance, reliability and security.
• Provide network incident management support at all THR facilities to meet defined service level agreements and retain customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and escalate to appropriate resources.
• Provide support for defined network change management service offerings at all THR facilities.
• Provide network support for internal and PMO managed projects at all THR facilities.
• Manage and maintain network inventory/assets at all THR facilities and storage locations.
• Network Engineer will assist with daily operations support of THR LAN, WAN, Security, Voice and WLAN at THR hospital campuses, clinics and corporate locations. Implements and enforces network security controls and disaster recovery procedures.
• Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, transformation, architecture of the THR network infrastructure (including IP and VOIP) and for administering network solutions that adhere to THR standards, policies, and industry best-practices. The engineer will be responsible for developing and testing new network solutions in a lab environment when previous design does not exist. Responsible for establishing and maintaining documentation regarding THR Network Engineering architecture and standards. Responsible for network infrastructure at THR hospital campuses and corporate locations.
• Network Engineer will participate in the on call rotation, and be responsive when called or paged. Troubleshoot assigned network incidents and problems within defined target time lines based on severity, supporting services at THR hospital campuses and corporate locations. Escalate to other ITS teams and service support vendors as needed.
• Complete all ITSM documentation as required. Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget. Attend training.
Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a network administrator, network operations, etc.
• Experience with MS Office platforms
• Cisco Networking
• CCNP/CCDP or CCNA, Network+, Security+, VoIP
