About the Role
As the on-site leader, you’ll manage all phases of construction for multifamily developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that provide families with safe, affordable homes.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily developments from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor costs and resources to keep projects within budget.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders


What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily or large-scale residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
  • OSHA 30 preferred; additional safety or construction certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with Miami building codes and permitting processes is highly desirable.
