Multifamily Superintendent Needed - Interviewing NOW!!!

A well-established general contractor, active since the 1980s and specializing in multifamily housing, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Los Angeles.

The company consistently manages five live projects at a time, with developments ranging from $3.5M to $40M and 11 to 232 units.
Their current flagship job is a 116-unit, $28M build scheduled over 30 months.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction, with the ability to lead field operations, coordinate trades, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule.

Compensation: Up to $150K + full benefits

Location: All projects based in Los Angeles
