Your new role

As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership across several residential communities. You’ll focus on delivering great resident experiences, meeting financial goals, staying compliant with housing regulations, and supporting your on-site teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years of experience in residential property management, including 2+ years managing multiple sites
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs like LIHTC and HUD
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and resolve resident concerns
• Comfortable traveling between communities and working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech tools
• Industry certifications (e.g., HVAC, OSHA) are a plus
