Our client is seeking a MS Senior Customer Engineer in Willmington, DE.

Role Description

• What is the role doing? (For example, deployment, configuration, support)
SCE configuration, imaging of iPad and Laptops, asset management, coordinate with the AZ coordinator with new starter classes.

Skills & Requirements

• What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed?
• PC and iPad configuration, PC and iPad trouble shooting.
• Are there any professional accreditations required for the role? NO
• What are the ‘nice to have’ skills/experience? Good customer service, good communication and written skills
• Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector? No but Pharmaceutical background is helpful.
• Will the resource be working alone or in a team? Both, mostly team environment.
• If available, can local resource be used? Not sure what this means.
• Can the work be done remotely? No, all-working hours have to be on customer site.
• Is the person expected to travel for the role? (Travel arrangements need to be discussed with the service provider in advance) No
