Our client is seeking a Mobile Analyst in Vienna, VA/Hybrid.
Role Description
The Mobile Analyst supports enterprise mobile operations by managing device lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and providing technical expertise across platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator. This role is critical for maintaining secure, efficient mobile environments and delivering exceptional support for corporate mobility initiatives, including executive leadership.
• Device Management & Enrollment
o Configure, enroll, and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
o Support declarative device management and iOS update pilots.
o Execute proper release of purchased devices from Apple Business Manager to maintain compliance.
• Compliance & Security
o Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices in Intune per corporate policy.
o Conduct audits and security reviews for mobile assets, including IMEI verification and risk assessments.
o Manage lost/stolen device processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Executive Support
o Provide high-level, customer-focused mobile support for upper executive leadership, ensuring devices are configured, secure, and fully operational.
o Maintain professionalism and responsiveness when addressing escalated or time-sensitive mobility needs.
• Project Support
o Participate in enterprise-wide upgrade initiatives, including device shipment coordination and ownership tracking.
o Support and participate in mobile related projects and initiatives
• Administration & Reporting
o Route and review ServiceNow catalog and incident tickets for mobile services.
o Compile monthly and quarterly reports on mobile device compliance and inventory.
• Technical Expertise & Training
o Provide guidance on mobile security tools, MFA setups and activations, and best practices for secure device usage.
o Stay current with Microsoft Intune, Apple technical resources, and assist with team training initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Configurator.
• Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and enterprise mobility management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket routing and asset management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to uphold exceptional customer service standards for executive-level support.
• Certifications are preferred but not required:
• Microsoft Mobility & Security
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Apple Device Management or ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician)
• Experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and enterprise compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment, VPN solutions (e.g., GlobalProtect), and advanced troubleshooting for iOS devices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management.
• Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and enterprise mobility management.
• Advanced troubleshooting for iOS devices and mobile app deployment.
• Knowledge of VPN solutions (e.g., GlobalProtect) and mobile security best practices.
• Certs (preferred, not required): Microsoft Mobility & Security, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Apple Device Management or ACMT.
