Our client is seeking a Microsoft Exchange for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage a Microsoft Exchange hybrid environment, including on-premises servers
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange server performance and availability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and IT staff, including documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Exchange services.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patching.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes.
Skills & Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Strong understanding of Exchange architecture, protocols, and services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Extensive PowerShell scripting experience.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview Administration and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with managing Active Directory accounts/groups using PowerShell.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security practice
