Our client is seeking a MFP Commercial and Specialty Contract Lead in Princeton, NJ
Role Description
The MFP Commercial and Specialty Contract Lead provides leadership and oversight for the administration of Maximum Fair Price (MFP) requirements and specialty contract management within appropriate systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports operational execution of specialty agreements, and adapts to an evolving environment that demands quick thinking and rapid response. The position is critical to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in contract administration processes.
MFP Administration:
• Administer MFP contract management activities within designated systems (e.g., Model N).
• Validate and maintain accurate MFP data to ensure compliance with CMS and IRA guidelines.
• React quickly to emerging challenges and regulatory changes, implementing process adjustments as needed.
Specialty Contract Administration:
• Support administration of specialty and institutional agreements, including setup, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate implementation of contract terms in applicable systems.
Collaboration:
• Partner with Customer Operations, Chargeback Operations, and external business partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of MFP and specialty contract activities.
Compliance & Documentation:
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX compliance activities.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and responsiveness in MFP and specialty contract administration.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, government pricing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of MFP requirements and specialty contracting within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., Model N) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Model N Experience preferred
