Job Title: MEP Superintendent (Traveling Role)
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team for large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the United States. This is a traveling role, ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering excellence in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all MEP field operations across multiple job sites nationwide.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and accurate installation of MEP systems
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules to guide field execution
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project requirements
  • Manage inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
  • Resolve field conflicts and proactively address installation challenges
  • Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and documentation for MEP activities
  • Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to support value engineering and system optimization
Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent
  • Strong background in industrial projects preferred
  • Experience working with commercial general contractors is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and digital documentation tools
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with national building codes
