MEP Design Engineer Project Manager | White Plains, NY

Join an established MEP Engineering firm with over 20+ employees, located within a commutable distance of White Plains / Westchester. They support a variety of industries & project types, predominantly working with Revit, on a hybrid schedule.
Your New Role
- As an Associate in the team the Department Manager will lean on you heavily to support the existing team of junior Engineers
- Be involved with client-facing & project management activities
- Support more complex engineering design tasks
- Train & mentor junior Engineers, perform QA/QC reviews, etc
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- PE preferred, or on PE track
- Revit expertise
- Long-term track record working as a Mechanical Engineer within MEP Firms
- Prior management / team leadership exposure

- Hybrid schedule - 4 days in office, Monday WFH
- A competitive base salary, anticipated to be between $125,000 to $150,000 annually (depending on experience), plus total package
