Your new role

You will support the Marketing Manager in a newly created role focused on branding, communications, and marketing asset management. You will collaborate closely with internal commercial real estate and financial services teams, ensuring all marketing decks, presentations, and client-facing materials are updated, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. This position requires strong organization, project management, and the ability to manage multiple details with precision.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience in an internal, corporate environment, ideally within the commercial real estate or financial services industry.
• Experience supporting sales, business development, or client-facing teams with presentations and marketing materials.
• Strong skills in branding, marketing communications, and presentation design.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once.
• Ability to partner with internal teams, including sales, to ensure materials remain accurate and current.
