Hays Property team have partnered with an award-winning real estate owner developer, who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager out of their corporate office. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and executing marketing strategies across all divisions to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across the company and its portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Leaning on your prior experience managing marketing and PR campaigns, you will lead planning, research, execution and analysis of each campaign, all while ensuring consistent messaging internally and externally.
Duties will include:
- Manage brand identity, overseeing digital channels including social media accounts and website updates.
- Promote the launch of new assets, coordinating public relations, communications, and strategic events with partners and vendors.
- Monitor marketing budgets, analyze performance data, and apply insights to improve campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams on branding initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 5–10 years of marketing experience; real estate marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and trend analysis.
