Hays has partnered with a retail real estate developer who own and operate retail throughout SoCal. My client is looking to hire a Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts in the outdoor retail space.

Your new role

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our outdoor retail products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Proven experience as a marketing leader in the outdoor retail industry (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
