Marketing Coordinator – Talent Partnerships – Contract – New York, NY – $28.00-$30.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Talent Partnerships in New York , NY.

Role Description

• Support across all Talent Partnerships, Events and Activations on behalf of Comcast Our client Advertising and Partnerships
• Conduct ongoing Talent research and contribute to casting ideation, providing recommendations based on strategy, creative, budget, and quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
• Track and analyze talent brand partnerships (internal and external) to inform team strategy and materials
• Maintain and update team resources and client-facing materials (e.g., talent website, recommendation decks, project trackers)
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries for Talent across events, shoots, and appearances
• Assist with on-site talent management at events and productions
• Manage pre-production logistics, including scheduling shoots, voiceover sessions, fittings, and prep calls
• Support post-production deliverables, including payroll processing, appearances, social content, and PR coordination
• Compile post-event recaps, including press coverage and photography
• Track budgets and associated talent costs across campaigns and events
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• A knowledge of and passion for Comcast Our client portfolio of Talent and I.P. as well as the larger entertainment industry, with an understanding of current and emerging Talent and Content Creators.
• Candidate must be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and juggle multiple projects at same time
• Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Canva
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with excellent interpersonal skills

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Talent management, communications, and/or events experience for a television network or media organization
• Must be able to work outside of normal business hours as job duties or assignment requires, sometimes with little or no advance notification
• Experienced in managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and successfully
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
