Your new role

As the Manager of IT Enterprise Architecture, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture team and play a critical role in shaping the organization’s long-term technology roadmap. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a true enterprise architect—someone who can design scalable, forward-looking solutions with a 3–5 year horizon in mind. You’ll oversee architecture across applications, networks, data, security, and cloud, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

• Design and maintain current and future-state enterprise architecture
• Develop strategic roadmaps that align IT capabilities with business goals
• Whiteboard and communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology leaders
• Oversee data center and infrastructure planning across offices
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI solutions
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Advocate for architecture strategy and communicate its value across the organization

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture design
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports
• Deep architecture expertise across applications, networks, data, security, and cloud
• Interest in AI technologies and their enterprise applications
• Strong whiteboarding and solution design skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AWS, ITIL, APIs, and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience designing server rooms and data center layouts
