General Superintendent required in the Northeast with Industrial/tilt experience - open to travel

A well-established industrial general contractor, established in 1976, is looking for someone to manage their field operations in the Northeast.


Looking for a General Superintendent to oversee 5–18 projects at a time across the Northeast Region. This role will require you to travel often and manage other traveling superintendents.
Must have previous experience working on ground-up industrial projects such as eCommerce, Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Data Centers, Warehousing and Distribution or Food Processing.


Your new role
  • Support in all phases—from pre-construction through closeout
  • Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes
  • Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy
  • Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation
  • Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors
  • Act as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial construction
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
