Our client is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics in Miami, FL.
Job Description
The Manager of Marketing Analytics will lead data-driven decision-making for marketing initiatives across our luxury cruise brands. Analyze campaign performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and uncover actionable insights that elevate brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue performance. This role combines strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of luxury travel consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and scale marketing performance dashboards and reporting tools for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze campaign results across digital, email, social media, direct mail, and partner channels to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
• Drive analytics on new guest acquisition and make recommendations on how to source new guests most effectively.
• Segment and profile luxury traveler audiences to support personalized marketing and customer journey mapping.
• Work closely with CRM and Loyalty teams to enhance guest retention and repeat booking efforts using predictive modeling.
• Identify and evaluate trends in customer acquisition costs, lifetime value (LTV), and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to test and measure messaging, content, and offer effectiveness.
• Guide the marketing team in developing KPIs for brand campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
• Steer model building and data science initiatives (MMM, LTV, Propensity) so that results best serve the business. Interpret outcomes for stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for the senior leadership team.
• Leverage strong understanding of relational databases, business analysis, and SQL code to mine data, at customer and program levels, to drive insights impacting marketing strategies.
• Ensure that measurement datasets are complete, accurate and available to support decision making.
• Investigate dataflows with logic and SQL to answer business questions.
• Guide data developers to ensure data is accurate and consumable in Snowflake and Tableau. Interact across multiple partners from a data perspective including data visualization suppliers, data warehouse, marketing data ops, and customer marketing database suppliers.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
Skills & Requirements
•5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, preferably within luxury travel/ hospitality in large enterprise environments
•Experience with marketing concepts and the customer journey, preferably within the cruise industry
•Must possess strong experience & proficiency w/ SQL querying (Python would be plus)
•Must possess proficiency w/ creating dashboards, made formulas, and calculated fields using data viz tools *Tableau
•Experience w/ Alteryx as a data consolidation and blending tool
•Experience with pulling data from different data sources and technologies (such as Data Management Platforms, Attribution, Web Analytics, CRM)
•Experience managing/ mentoring analytical talent and guiding them (inclusive of developing KPIs for brand campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement strategies)
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and KPIs for senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of web and campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Highly analytical with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, or Python).
• Familiarity for data science and predictive modeling preferred.
• Experience managing or mentoring analytical talent a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Organized with attention to detail and time management.
• Passion for luxury travel and an understanding of premium consumer expectations
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
