Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading property owner in Durham, NC to hire a Maintenance Technician.

Your new role

The job duties of Maintenance Tech will include, among others:

-Site walk-through of grounds and buildings to assess conditions

- Perform repairs on a mixed-use site totaling over 300K sq. ft. (Retail, office and residential)

- Work with 3rd party vendors on the property

- Perform preventative maintenance activities

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- Experience on the maintenance side in commercial or residential

- Trade licenses like EPA Universal are a plus, but not required

- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 7AM-5PM, (On call every 2 weeks)

What you'll get in return

- Hourly between $20-28, plus Bonus
