Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate investor to hire a Maintenance Technician in Washington D.C.

Your new role

The job duties of the Maintenance Technician will include, among others:

- Oversight of all maintenance activities at the site, including Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC and other general maintenance activities

- Assess and diagnose building equipment as needed

- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance as assigned

- Respond to work order requests and tenant needs

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- Industry trades certifications/training are highly preferred

- Ability to use hand and power tools

- A valid driver’s license and ability to communicate well is needed

- Ability to move up to 50 pounds

What you'll get in return

$25-$30 per hour, 10% Bonus/Benefits
