Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our production processes and supporting our mission.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years leading in a building services environment
• Proven self-starter that consistently delivers to outcome specifications
• Proven experience of operating in a similar role and environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.

What you'll get in return
