Your new role

• Material Application:
  Lining technicians apply ceramic and tungsten linings to metal surfaces.
• Quality Control:
  They ensure the linings are applied correctly and meet quality standards.

Training:
New hires often undergo training on the first shift before transitioning to their regular schedule.

• Attention to Detail:
  Ensuring precise application of linings.

  Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
