Your new role

Project Manager - Mostly an office-based position, very little travel involved. May manage multiple projects at a time, depending on the size of projects (typically between $1M to $15M).

What you'll need to succeed

• 10-15 years' experience in construction, with the majority of that time spent in a Project Management position

• Background in Healthcare, Industrial Buildings, or Higher Education is preferred, but any commercial background will be considered.

• A decent understanding of Procore and ability to read spreadsheets

• Ability to manage schedules

• Good communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally to owners/clients
