Your new role

As the Leasing Consultant, you will support leasing operations across a 500+ unit luxury rental portfolio in the Upper West Side. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven leasing experience while contributing to occupancy and resident retention goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-3+ years of experience in multifamily leasing
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a strong plus
• Strong ability to lead tours, build rapport, and close prospective residents
• Experience supporting marketing efforts, listings, and CRM systems (Yardi preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

• Compensation: $65-75K base salary
