Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - San Ramon, CA (NorCal)

Our client is a well established General Contractor well known for winning projects in the South San Francisco Bay, East San Francisco Bay, San Francisco City, Oakland and Sacramento. They have a great reputation for delivering high-quality, high-density multifamily projects. With an increase in demand for this type of living accommodation in the San Francisco Bay Area, an excellent position has opened up for a Multifamily Lead Superintendent to join the team in San Francisco.


Your new role

As the Multifamily Lead Superintendent, your first task will be to lead a field team to build a 3/4 story slab on grade 184 unit apartment complex in San Ramon, CA. Throughout the life-cycle of the project, you will maintain the schedule & support the budget in collaboration with the Project Manager and you will oversee all the field operations delegating scopes of work and subcontractors to the field team. You will support the Owners with daily, weekly & monthly reporting and ensure site safety and quality control processes are up to code.


What you'll need to succeed

As the successful Multifamily Lead Superintendent, you will have at least 10+ years of Superintendent experience and have managed 2-3 high-density multifamily Wood-Structure projects in the $50m - $150m range. (Type I, TYPEIII, TYPE V) from start to close. You must demonstrate strong scheduling and look ahead processes as well as site safety and field-based quality control knowledge. Experience using Procore & Bluebeam is desirable.
