Lead Superintendent - Salt Lake City - Multi-Family, Resort & Hospitality Projects - General Contractor

A 50+ year old Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family to Wider Commercial builds.

Voted as one of the Top Places to work in Colorado, this organization has multiple offices scattered across Colorado and the wider Rocky Mountain Region and they are looking to expand their teams in these locations.

Based out of their Salt Lake City, Utah Office – this GC is searching for a Lead/Senior Superintendent to lead on a range of projects from High-End Luxury Residences (Ski Towns/Resort Lodges etc), Commercial Office & Tennant Improvements.

Your New Role

Depending on your experience and portfolio, this GC is open to both Superintendents and Senior/Lead Superintendents.

You will hold responsibility in the field for either the full Project or for set verticals within the Project, ranging from planning, scheduling, subs etc whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent/Snr Super delivering Ground Up & Interios across Multi-Family or Hospitality Projects.
Ideally, you will also hold some Office experience
Either, 10+ years experience of construction Projects (for Senior Super) + Projects of $20M+
OR 4-5 years’ experience within Construction (for Super)
Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
Strong scheduling experience
