• Project Leadership: Serve as the senior field authority, managing all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final turnover.
• Schedule Execution: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met and proactively resolving delays.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce high standards of workmanship and adherence to design specifications, conducting regular inspections and punch lists.
• Safety Management: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and site-specific protocols.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary on-site liaison with ownership, project managers, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and field insights.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve field challenges with agility and strategic thinking, keeping the project on track and within scope.
• Mentorship & Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture through mentorship, leadership, and clear communication.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
• Proven success managing ground-up projects valued over $100M+, ideally in urban environments.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and field operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
