Our client is seeking a Junior Desktop Support in Orlando, FL.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform desktop imaging and configuration using standard company tools and procedures.
• Execute PC refresh and migration projects, including data backup and restoration.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset tracking, and inventory.
• Travel to remote office locations to support onsite deployments and refreshes.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and IT leadership to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards during all support activities.
• Assist with setup and support of printers, monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational technical skills who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and supporting end users across multiple locations. The technician will be responsible for PC imaging, refresh projects, basic troubleshooting, and supporting hardware migrations. Travel to various office locations using a personal vehicle is required.
Skills & Requirement
• 1+ year of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role
• Familiarity with Windows OS imaging tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, or similar).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel. (mileage reimbursement provided).
