With HQ located in Bethesda, this office has been serving the DMV region for five years. Initially focused on interiors, the team now leads large-scale base build projects across sectors. The office offers a relaxed, open environment with great views and walkable access to restaurants and bars.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Director of Preconstruction and working in an experienced estimating team of five, you will be working on bids valued from $1-60M, across several sectors including Automotive & Dealerships, Cannabis, Hospitality, Education (K–12 & Higher Ed), Government, Healthcare, Industrial/Warehouse, Multifamily, Senior Living, Retail and Self-Storage. What you'll need to succeed
- 3–4 years of construction estimating experience
- Strong communication skills, especially with subcontractors
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
