Our client is seeking a Jr UX/UI Designer in Greenwood Village, CO

Role Description

• A UX/UI designer is responsible for creating intuitive and consistent user experiences across digital platforms.

• This role involves translating user needs and product requirements into clean, user-friendly designs while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• A UX/UI designer must have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently.

• They should be comfortable taking ownership of features from concept through delivery, using tools like wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring ideas to life.
• A UX/UI designer should be able to balance usability with visual appeal and have a solid grasp of interface patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.

• They are expected to maintain and contribute to design systems, conduct user research, and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.

• The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills, especially when working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Their primary tools include design platforms such as Figma, and they may work closely with front-end development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Skills & Requirements

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the product’s design system.
• Present designs and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
• 2-4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
• 2026 Renewal available for qualified candidates
