Your new role
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You’ll support PCs, phones, AV equipment, and IT infrastructure, while collaborating with internal teams and contributing to special projects. This is a hands-on, on-site position reporting directly to the IT Support Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3+ years in corporate IT support
  • Strong skills in Windows 10, Office Suite, Cisco VoIP, Zoom, Teams
  • Experience with ServiceNow, mobile OS (Apple/Android), and AV systems
  • Network troubleshooting and server room familiarity
  • ITIL Foundations or CompTIA A+ preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service mindset
  • Willingness to travel and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
