IT Support - Computer Imaging Tech – Contract – East Hartford, CT – $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Our client is seeking an IT Support - Computer Imaging Tech in East Hartford, CT.

Role Description

• Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications
• Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software)
• Effectively manage workload
• Provide outstanding customer support in a timely, and efficient manner by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level
• Will be required to work in Warehouse as needed (no experience needed)
o Making boxes, boxing computers, knowing the correct accessories to include
o Pallet Jack for moving packages
• Unloading packages from Dock
• Loading packages on the Dock
• Moving around to storage areas

Skills & Requirements

• Fantastic customer service stills – A+++
• Go getter, energetic personality – must be a hustler!
• College Degree
• Must be well organized
• Experience using computer hardware and software applications
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
• Must be reliable
o 5 days a week – Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm includes 30 min lunch (non-negotiable)
o Call outs are reviewed & watched closely
o Cannot make up hours when taking any time off
o Limit of cell phone uses during work hours
o Office based only - Hartford, CT
o No OT
o No Teams allowed on mobile devices
