Our client is seeking an Investment Banking Marketing – Roadshow Specialist in New York City, NY.

Role Description

Marketing is one of the most powerful tools available to our firm to enhance our partnership with clients and build new business opportunities. Our conferences and events team provide unrivalled opportunities for relationship building and help differentiate through leadership within the investment banking industry.
Event Marketing (EM) supports the Investment Bank in the planning and execution of conferences, events and roadshows in collaboration with several key partners including Marketing Strategy, Marketing Production, Media Relations / Corporate Communications, Sponsorship and Corporate Access, as well as EM counterparts within Wealth Management.
The Roadshow Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the seamless delivery of investor roadshows and events. This role focuses on execution, coordination and operational excellence – ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently and stakeholders are supported throughout the lifecycle of each program.

• Support the end-to-end coordination of roadshows, conferences, and events across multiple business areas within the Investment Bank
• Execute logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, venue coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with internal teams (Corporate Access, bankers, assistants, and marketing partners) to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and attendee coordination for investor meetings and roadshows
• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate vendor interactions, including confirmations, logistics, and on-site support as needed
• Support the preparation and distribution of event materials, communications, and itineraries
• Track program details and maintain accurate records across systems and reporting tools
• Provide on-site or virtual support during events to ensure smooth execution
• Escalate issues appropriately and proactively identify solutions to keep programs on track
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and execution efficiency

Skills & Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to follow processes and deliver against timelines
• Clear and professional communication skills across a range of stakeholders
• Team-oriented with a collaborative and proactive approach
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with logistics, coordination, and administrative workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to support broader team needs
• 8+ years of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or logistics (financial services experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience supporting complex scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
