Our client is seeking an Initiatives Manager in Mexico, NJ.
Skills & Requirements
• a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• strong attention to detail and organization skills
• strong Microsoft Office skills, especially experience using excel to analyze, manage and report data and financials, and Power Point to develop exciting presentations
• experience with business management, financials and creating sustainable processes
• understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services
• Experience with Power BI, building dashboards and Tableau a plus
• strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work well with individuals at all professional levels, intellectual curiosity, a relentless can-do attitude and a tireless sense of humor
• proven problem solving as well as decision making skills
• excellent communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology
• a natural leader with an ability to work with diverse teams
• highly organized, detail-oriented and research-based decision-maker
• naturally curious
• interested in understanding the Wealth Management digital transformation
a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
