Our client is seeking an IC2002 - CRM Administrator in San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for CRM application administration of Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Supports Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and is the back-up for the CRM Marketing Automation Administrator.
Manages Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups across multiple defined Velera companies and user groups in alignment with Velera access management policies.
Supports stakeholders by building custom reports, dashboards and workflows that help the organization focus on key performance drivers.
Collaborates with technical peers on migration of data in and out of Salesforce.
Evaluates new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provides detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
Coordinates with manager regarding change management process to roll out new features, enhancements and fixes.
Works with data owners to extract and manipulate data for quality control, assurance and process improvement, as well as reporting requirements.
Builds data fields, screens, templates and user-defined functionality, as required to support Sales and Client Growth initiatives, as well as to support marketing campaign activities.
Identifies areas of improvement and efficiency within the application and presents the issues and a plan to implement.
Performs troubleshooting and resolution functions for systems to support company-wide user-base.
Drives communication efforts across key stakeholders and leaders.
Documents system features & functions.
Provides backup support for CRM Marketing Automation Administrator.
Stays current with system training and certifications to maximize use of tools and advance as the business requires.

Required Skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Experience working with large Sales teams
Software industry experience highly preferred
Five (5) years of Salesforce experience required, including:
Three (3) years of Lightning
Three (3) years of experience administering CRM applications that include enhancements, building reports, workflows, etc. required.
Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE).
• Experience working in a business-to-business sales environment required.
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining complex email-to-case functions and queues within Service Cloud
• Experience troubleshooting user access including permissions and security
• Knowledge of Salesforce Workflows and ability to convert existing Worklows to SF Flow
• Experience with sunsetting/retirement of a Salesforce tenant including data extract and backup as well as archiving/retention
• Experience navigating between up to 3 Salesforce tenants utilizing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
IC2002 - CRM Administrator – Temp

Job Description
The CRM Administrator - Temp is responsible for user administration, as well as advancement and maintenance of Velera’s CRM application (Salesforce) in support of the company’s sales practices and programs. This role will be a contributing member of the CRM team that focuses on the end-to-end operations, processes, systems and users associated with lead generation, opportunity management, compensation management and knowledge sharing through the administration of Velera’s CRM application (Salesforce). In addition, this role will manage the administration of the external-facing digital portals which support Velera’s digital engagements. The role will interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather their needs to enhance the system, as well as to manage system enhancement requests. The position will support sales efficiency and productivity and monitor process compliance within those functions by means of consulting with stakeholders and implementing best practice processes.
