Your new role
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and compliance.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment and accurate record-keeping.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances.
- Implement performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Develop and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support professional growth and skill development across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
