Your new role

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and scale the team rapidly (0 → 25+ in Year 1).

• Build foundational HR infrastructure (payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding).

• Shape culture and drive engagement while aligning with global strategy.

• Partner with leadership to design scalable people operations that support future growth.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition and scaling teams fast.

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.

• Hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law and HR compliance.
