Step into a key leadership role within a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company that values excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our people strategies, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
Your new role
As an HR Manager, you will shape and execute our human resources functions while driving employee engagement and organizational success. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding top talent.
- Leading employee development programs, ensuring continuous growth and training initiatives.
- Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.
- Establishing and maintaining strong employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting workplace harmony.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive work culture.
- Driving HR analytics, creating reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Leading visa processing and immigration compliance for employees.
- Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Korean as a plus.
- Expertise in ADP or Oracle HR systems.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and industry regulations.
