Hyper-growth organization within the portable sanitation services industry

Your new company

This fast-growing organization specializes in providing portable sanitation solutions for various events and locations. Their services are tailored for construction sites, special events, outdoor weddings, and disaster relief efforts. They have experienced significant growth, doubling in size since their startup phase, and now, backed by private equity, they are poised to double again. Known for their exceptional customer service and reliability, they operate across multiple counties in Florida and are extending their disaster relief services nationwide.

Your new role

They are now seeking an experienced HR Director with a proven track record in HR leadership, who can set up and implement the HR department of this very fast-growing organization and build a team. You will be responsible for driving the HR strategy and implementing HR initiatives in line with the overall direction of the business. Coming from a hyper-growth, entrepreneurial environment will be key to the success of this person.

** This is a 5-day onsite role just off the Howard Franklin Bridge on the St Petersburg side **

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and preferably a professional certification in HR.
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR experience with 10 at senior HR leadership level
  • Must have worked in a growth environment.
  • Proven experience setting HR strategies, looking at process improvement, and implementing best practices.
