Join a growing international organization

Your new company

Our client is a global leader in sustainable pulp and paper manufacturing and is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support its international offices, including its growing corporate US subsidiary, based in Atlanta. With operations spanning Latin America, North America, and beyond, this organization is known for its commitment to environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and people-first culture.

Your new role

As HRBP, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees across the US. You’ll lead HR integration efforts, drive cultural alignment, and ensure a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to exit. This would be an individual contributor role as the sole HRBP based in the US.
Key areas of impact:
  • Integration & Projects (30%) – Lead HR integration for new international sites and standardize global HR processes.
  • Culture & Climate (15%) – Activate leadership and culture plans across offices.
  • Labor Relations & Administration (15%) – Manage payroll, resolve employee issues, and support investigations.
  • Onboarding & Mobility (25%) – Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and international moves.
  • Talent Development (10%) – Support performance feedback, development planning, and talent forums.
  • Exit Management (5%) – Guide voluntary and involuntary departures with empathy and precision.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) HR BP with at least 10 years of progressive experience.
  • A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Management
  • Experience navigating a complex, international and multicultural HR environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors, Cornerstone (preferred), and strong data analytics
  • Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal sensitivity, and cross-cultural exposure.

What you'll get in return

This role is a unique opportunity to join a company that blends tradition with innovation and is actively expanding its international footprint. They are one of Latin America's most respected industrial groups, with over 100 years of history and a reputation for innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. Joining the company means being part of a high-growth journey, where your work will directly shape the employee experience across international operations.
