• Act as a liaison among stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Analyze workflows and business functions to support HHS systems implementations and integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and system specifications.
• Document current processes, perform gap analyses, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and end users.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and policy documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Apply advanced business analysis methodologies and modeling techniques.
• Attend meetings and contribute to team activities.
• Adhere to organizational policies and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Strong understanding of Business Process Reengineering.
• Experience with SQL reporting and data analytics.
• Familiarity with HHS IT systems, including EHRs, behavioral health, and child welfare platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to integrity and community service.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mid-to-large organizations.
• Experience with healthcare technology systems, especially EHRs (NextGen preferred).
• Experience with Power BI solutions (highly preferred).
• CBAP certification (preferred).
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
