Your new company
A highly respected Texas-based general contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects is expanding its heavy civil division in San Antonio. Known for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, this firm is behind some of the most complex highway and bridge projects in the region.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead major TxDOT infrastructure projects valued at over $100 million. You’ll oversee all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through final delivery—while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with TxDOT standards and safety protocols.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
  • Proven leadership on TxDOT highway and bridge projects
  • Successful track record managing $100M+ infrastructure jobs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, CMiC, etc.)
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
