Your New Role:
As the Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the full estimating process for major heavy civil projects. You’ll lead bid preparation, analyze project documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in securing new work. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the executive team and project leadership.What You'll Need to Succeed:
At least 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating, with a strong focus on highways and roadways. Proven success in winning large-scale DOT and municipal projects. Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
