Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up healthcare construction projects in Florida. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of superintendent experience, with a strong background in healthcare facility construction and a deep understanding of AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all field operations on assigned healthcare construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and coordinate inspections and documentation accordingly.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up healthcare projects.
  • Proven experience working on AHCA-regulated projects in Florida.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
