Your new role

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflows
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management teams
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain productivity
• Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to design requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, schedules, and resources

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, codes, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
