Your new role
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, quality control, and client relationships, while leading internal teams and subcontractors. You’ll be responsible for estimating, bid coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and monthly billings. This role includes mentoring junior staff and traveling to job sites as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Familiarity with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction software is required.
Certifications such as OSHA-30 and healthcare/infection control are expected, with CMIT and LEED credentials encouraged.
