Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of multiple healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, manage compliance with healthcare regulations, and mentor junior staff. This is a high-level, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with healthcare-related projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of construction laws, codes, and healthcare regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- AHCA experience is a plus but not required.
