Your new role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You’ll manage teams, schedules, and client relationships across the Tampa Bay/Sarasota markets. Your leadership will drive project success and uphold the company’s core values.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a strong background in healthcare and AHCA compliance.
A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
You should be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in leading teams, managing budgets, and navigating complex project lifecycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is essential.
